This episode features Christine Espenshade, a 20-year commercial real estate veteran, who leads JLL Multifamily in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Episode 2: Ron Terwilliger, a great influencer in the apartment sector and dedicated philanthropist, shares part two of his story: his philanthropic and policy-driven role in affordable housing and education. This episode features Tim Leonhard, a Managing Director with JLL Capital Markets. Tim has been in affordable housing for two decades, closing more than $8 billion of affordable housing over his career.
Episode 3: Jon Geanakos, President of the Americas for JLL Capital Markets, shares why tough jobs pay off.
Episode 4: Lisa Picard is the CEO of EQ Office, the company formerly known as Equity Office, one of the largest owners of office property in the United States. She offers a timely perspective on the fast-evolving office workplace, the importance of creating spaces with a vision, and what these changes mean for the future of real estate. This episode features Bruce Miller, who co-heads JLL Capital Markets in Chicago.
Episode 5: Liz Holland is now CEO of her grandfather’s over 77-year-old real estate business, Abbell Associates. She never imagined she would end up there, but she says it was amazing creating a relationship with her grandfather and becoming his colleague for two years before he passed away and continuing his legacy. This episode features Greg Maloney, President and CEO of JLL Retail in the Americas.
