Ashley Parrillo recognized as Philadelphia rising star

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 1, 2024 - JLL announced today that Ashley Parrillo, vice president of brokerage, has been awarded a prestigious Philadelphia Business Journal Rising Stars Award for 2023.
Ashley was recognized for her impressive leasing progress accomplished in the last seven years at JLL, leasing more than 2.3 million square feet of space. In 2023 alone she transacted more than 333,000 square feet with a transaction value of more than $53M. Her dedication to providing exceptional client service, attention to detail and vast knowledge of the Philadelphia landscape made her application a top contender compared to her peers.

Ashley’s nomination was selected as a winner by an outside panel of judges from individuals nominated by the public. Judges considered the scope of Ashley’s work throughout her career, with a specific focus on deals undertaken in the past 12 to 18 months and factored in her community involvement and impact. Six Rising Stars, all under the age of 35, were selected in the region, making this a highly competitive and sought-after accolade. The Rising Star of the Year will both be announced at an event at Vie by Cescaphe on March 21.
