ATLANTA, Oct. 8, 2024 – JLL Capital Markets announced today the sale of Presidential Commons, a 264,271-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center in Snellville, Georgia.
JLL represented the seller, SITE Centers, in the sale to Sterling Organization.
Located at 1630-1708 Scenic Hwy N, Presidential Commons is strategically positioned approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta in Snellville’s retail corridor. The 89% leased center features a national tenant lineup with a weighted average tenure in excess of 16 years, and a value-add component, with approximately 30,000 square feet available for lease up. Notable anchors include Kroger, Burlington, Ulta Beauty, Petco, Five Below and Aaron’s, along with a Home Depot shadow anchor.
