CHARLESTON (October 29, 2024) — JLL and Capital Development Partners today announced the completion of Shipyard Creek, a unique transload property in Charleston. The 160,250-square-foot, Class-A facility offers a state-of-the-art solution for major retail importers seeking efficient container movement in the heart of the Charleston port market.
