WASHINGTON, DC – January 15, 2025 - JLL announced it facilitated an office lease for Children’s Law Center at Capitol Crossing, 250 Massachusetts Avenue, NW in downtown Washington, DC. The group plans to move into their new 15,000 square foot office in November 2025.
“Capitol Crossing will provide an excellent headquarters for Children’s Law Center to conduct the important work they are doing,” stated Nathan Beach, Managing Director, JLL. “It offers an ideal blend of modern amenities and a central location with access to DC’s vast array of dining, shopping and entertaining venues in close proximity to Metro.”
“Our new Capitol Crossing office location will allow us to stay close to the courthouse and advance our mission to support children and families from across the District,” said Judith Sandalow, Executive Director, Children’s Law Center. “We look forward to using this space to meet the needs of our clients and staff and leverage the building’s additional conference spaces to host events and meetings with our allies and community partners.”
“We are delighted to welcome Children’s Law Center to Capitol Crossing,” said George Cantrell, President, Capitol Crossing Advisors. “This lease marks a significant milestone in the continued growth and development of Capitol Crossing as we have signed over 500,000 RSF of new office tenants since delivery. We are excited about the momentum that we continue to build and look forward to announcing additional leases in Q1 2025."
