JLL Capital Markets arranges sale of 1.13 million-square-foot Class A industrial building in South Carolina

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov 4, 2024 – JLL Capital Markets announced today the sale of Building D at Camp Hall Commerce Center, Campus 4. The Class A, state-of-the-art, 1,128,120-square-foot industrial facility is located in Ridgeville, within the Charleston, South Carolina market.

The JLL Investment Sales and Advisory team represented Rockpoint, a Boston-based real estate private equity firm, and Portman Industrial in the sale to Stockbridge.

Completed in 2023, Building D features a cross-dock loading configuration, 40-foot clear height, 208 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors and 84 dock levelers. The facility is designed to accommodate high-volume distribution operations with 847 auto parking spaces and 804 trailer storage spaces. The property is fully leased to a global car manufacturer.

Strategically located at 2274 Volvo Car Drive within the 6,800-acre Camp Hall Commerce Center, the facility is two miles from Interstate 26 within close proximity to the vibrant Charleston market.
