Cornerstone in Cottonwood Heights achieves 100% occupancy

SALT LAKE CITY, April 22, 2024 – JLL announced today that Volkert, a national engineering firm, has signed a 3,364-square-foot lease at Cornerstone, marking a significant milestone as the Class A office building achieves 100% occupancy for the first time since 2020. This move not only marks Volkert's entry into the market but also serves as a testament to the growing flight to quality trend witnessed in Salt Lake City's dynamic real estate landscape.
