ROCKVILLE, M.D., Sept. 24, 2024 – JLL Hotels & Hospitality group announced today that it secured the sale and financing for the 315-room Hilton Washington D.C. Rockville Hotel & Executive Conference Center in Rockville, Maryland.
The JLL Hotels & Hospitality team represented the confidential seller and led the financing for the transaction.
The five-story atrium hotel features all of Hilton’s flagship brand standards, including digital key access, business center, fitness center, as well as 36,934 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, making it one of the largest meeting space offerings in all of Montgomery County. In addition, all guestrooms and suites are equipped with flat-screen TVs, spacious work desks, coffee makers and mini refrigerators and microwaves available upon request.
Strategically positioned at 1750 Rockville Pike, in the heart of Rockville’s thriving Town Square, the hotel enjoys a prime location amidst a range of leisure and corporate attractions. Its close proximity to pharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotechnology businesses, along with federal institutions, ensures a constant demand for the hotel’s exclusive accommodation and conference offerings. Additionally, guests have excellent access to the I-270 Bio-Tech Corridor, Downtown Bethesda, Washington D.C. and Gaithersburg.
