BALTIMORE, MD – March 6, 2024 - JLL announces today the addition of Rick Williamson to its Baltimore Agency Leasing team as Managing Director. He brings more than 25 years of experience to the role and will be responsible for expanding JLL’s market presence.
“Rick is an incredible addition to our growing agency leasing practice,” remarked Chris Molivadas, Mid-Atlantic Regional Lead, JLL. “He brings robust experience in the Baltimore market and a deep expertise in all facets of Flex/Medical/Office leasing. We are confident he will bring forward a fresh perspective alongside his deep institutional knowledge.”
Williamson has accomplished more than $6 Billion in leasing transaction volume throughout his career. Most recently, Williamson served as a Senior Vice President at Greenberg Gibbons, but spent most of his career with St. John Properties where he oversaw leasing and marketing initiatives and was involved in site selection and design, quadrupling the portfolio’s size.
