JLL Adds Two New Brokers to Healthcare Investor Services Team

TYSONS, VA - August 01, 2023 - JLL announces today the hiring of industry veterans Andrew Thau and Conn Curry as Vice Presidents and Co-Leads of the Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Investor Services practice group. The team will focus on agency leasing initiatives while leveraging the JLL platform to grow property management, capital markets and other investor services. Both Thau and Curry will be based in the Tysons, Virginia office and will lead a team of fifteen JLL professionals who have been advising our healthcare investor clients across the Mid-Atlantic region for years.

Prior to joining JLL, Thau worked as a director of leasing at Monday Properties where he was responsible for underwriting, reporting, prospecting and negotiating leases for more than five million square feet of commercial and medical office space in the DC region. Curry was previously employed by Remedy Medical Properties, the largest private owner of medical office buildings in the U.S. He managed day-to-day leasing operations for more than 80 medical office buildings across the Northeast region.
