CHICAGO, April 3, 2025 – JLL announced today that it has added to its robust Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) offerings by joining the global partner program of ServiceNow, a leader in cloud-based workflow management technology. The collaboration combines JLL’s deep commercial real estate and technology implementation expertise with ServiceNow’s cloud-based Workplace Service Delivery product (WSD), allowing clients to extend IT and human resources automation to corporate real estate.
“JLL is uniquely positioned as both a real estate services and technology company, allowing us to provide innovative, end-to-end solutions for our clients,” said Sharad Rastogi, CEO, Work Dynamics Technology, JLL. “The powerful combination of JLL and ServiceNow bridges the gap between real estate, facilities management and IT services and empowers JLL to stay ahead of trends in the rapidly evolving real estate technology landscape.”
ServiceNow’s WSD expands JLL’s portfolio of real estate automation tools, helping them optimize client’s real estate portfolios through enhanced analytics and insights. WSD delivers a digital experience with both workplace services and self-service workplace requests, providing improved employee engagement through features like concierge services, workplace reservations with option for a Microsoft Outlook add-in, calendar synchronization, visitor management and environmental data integration. The application also includes workplace case management, service delivery space mapping, workplace space management, move management and maintenance management.
JLL brings clients a full suite of complementary and integrated technology offerings, including Corrigo, Azara and Carbon Pathfinder, and recently announced the launch of JLL Falcon, its artificial intelligence (AI) platform that provides customizable assistants and predictive analytics for a range of commercial real estate services.
“JLL’s combination of real estate expertise and the strategic use of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence-driven analytics already sets us apart in the market,” said Reeves Davis, President, Technology Solutions, JLL. “The combined innovation capabilities of both JLL and ServiceNow will provide clients with comprehensive solutions to their real estate and workplace challenges.”
“JLL’s expertise in real estate and facilities management is essential to scaling and extending ServiceNow solutions into corporate real estate, engaging more customers in their digital and agentic AI transformation,” added Erica Volini, EVP Worldwide Industries, Partners, and Go to Market, ServiceNow. “We are thrilled to partner with JLL to bring real estate leadership into our workplace business.”
Successful technology integration creates a more seamless, efficient and enjoyable work experience that aligns with employee preferences and helps with talent attraction and retention. JLL’s Global Consumer Experience Survey reveals the growing demand for experiences tailored to individual needs and preferences and workplace technology is key to offering more personalized work environments or experiences.
Research and advisory firm Verdantix recognized JLL as a leader in the IWMS market in their most recent Green Quadrant: Workplace Systems Integrators report. Additionally, International Data Corporation (IDC) recently recognized both JLL and ServiceNow as leaders in facilities management solutions, and Gartner has recognized ServiceNow as a Representative Vendor in their 2024 Market Guide for Integrated Workplace Management Systems.
