JLL Atlanta names Ryanne Pennington as new Brokerage Lead

JLL Atlanta today announces the promotion of Ryanne Pennington to Atlanta Brokerage Lead. Pennington, who most recently served as a Managing Director on the tenant representation team, is the first female leader to fill this brokerage lead position for Atlanta and brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the role. Former Atlanta Brokerage Lead Tim McCarthy was recently appointed Atlanta Region Market Director.

As Atlanta’s Brokerage Lead, Pennington will continue to offer clients her expertise as a real estate broker, providing strategic and tactical consultative services and acting as the primary conduit of information and planning between senior management and the business unit. Pennington brings more than 15 years of experience to the role, and during her tenure, she has served in many local and national leadership roles for JLL, including President of the Women’s Business Network, led the National Broker Bootcamp training program, and has served as President of JLL’s Leadership Council Advisory Board for the last two years. Currently, she serves on the Brokerage Executive Committee (BEC) and is co-lead of one of the BEC’s five priorities. Externally, she also serves as a board member for OnBoard Inc., the leading authority on women in the boardroom and a catalyst to increase female directors and executive officers at public and private companies.

Prior to joining JLL, Pennington began her career at VeenendaalCave, Inc., an interior architectural planning firm specializing in corporate office design. She joined JLL in 2012 and was recently recognized as a Top 10 Producer in the 2022 Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club under the office tenant category. Additionally, over the past ten years, she has been honored with various JLL awards including the Top Gun and Gold Achiever awards, Rising Star Award, National Diversity and Inclusion Award and Catalyst Award.
