Chicago, Sept. 23, 2024 – JLL (NYSE: JLL) has entered an agreement with MSA Safety, Inc. (NYSE: MSA), to have MSA Parasense Refrigerant Tracking and Compliance (RTC) in its intelligence-driven facilities management platform, Corrigo. This innovative solution, Corrigo RTC, enables users to track and report refrigerant transactions directly from their computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), creating a unified, efficient, and sustainability-minded solution.
As governments continue to prioritize environmental regulations, compliance is often crucial to avoid costly fines and reputational damage. Since repair and maintenance of cold storage and HVAC systems are often managed in a CMMS while regulatory data is tracked in a separate software system, compliance reporting can be challenging.
