JLL hires Caroline Fisher as senior vice president of office agency leasing in Atlanta

ATLANTA, Sept. 5, 2023 - JLL today announces Caroline Fisher has joined its Atlanta office as Senior Vice President of the Office Agency Leasing team. With more than a decade of experience in the financial and commercial real estate industry, Fisher will bring her expertise and occupier mindset to the robust team in Atlanta. JLL Atlanta’s Office Agency Leasing team is showing a banner year, highlighted by the approximately 1.2 million square feet of office space leased at the end of Q2 2023.

Fisher joins JLL from Lincoln Property Group, where she was Vice President. Through her more than 6 years at Lincoln, Fisher represented a variety of institutional owners in submarkets across the region, including North Fulton, Central Perimeter, Buckhead and Downtown. She began her career in Institutional Equity Sales with Suntrust Robinson Humphrey. She’s an active member of NAIOP Georgia, where she most recently served as the Future Leaders Director. In 2017, Fisher was honored as the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) Rookie of the Year, and she has been recognized as part of the ACBR’s Million Dollar Club for 5 years.

As part of the Office Agency Leasing team at JLL, Fisher will be responsible for sourcing and strategic execution of third-party office assignments through Atlanta. The team closed more than 140 transactions as of Q2 2023 and were recently awarded several high-profile leasing assignments, including Proscenium, a 521,000-square-foot office tower in Midtown and Perimeter Summit, a 1,300,000-square-foot mixed-use campus, in Central Perimeter.
