JLL hires industry leader Clarke Funkhouser to support growth in Northern California

JLL has announced hiring Silicon Valley commercial real estate veteran Clarke Funkhouser as Senior Managing Director, to leverage his 25 years of experience with some of the region’s leading Fortune 100 technology companies, growth firms and major institutional investors. Funkhouser specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation. Based in the firm’s Menlo Park office, he joins the JLL Agency Leasing team of Todd Husak, Mark Bodie and Toss Vallentine which operates from both Menlo Park and the firm’s new San Jose presence.

Funkhouser’s responsibilities include partnering with JLL colleagues to grow market share, maximize the value of their client’s assets in the region and continue to expand JLL’s reach throughout the Bay Area. He has an extensive and diverse range of corporate real estate and investment expertise including 25 years with Cushman Wakefield and DTZ/Cassidy Turley working with some of the largest, best known technology companies in the North Peninsula and a distinguished group of U.S. and international investors.

Funkhouser received an MBA from Syracuse University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
