JLL hires Tracy Gray as EVP of DFW Retail

DALLAS, January 24, 2025 - JLL announced today the addition of Tracy Gray to its retail team in Dallas-Fort Worth as Executive Vice President. Prior to JLL, Gray acted as Managing Principal at Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) where he was responsible for the launch and expansion of HLC’s retail presence through project leasing, tenant representation, and investments sales, specializing in clients with retail assets.

Gray will be joining a retail team with nearly one million square feet in leased and sold space in 2024 and will oversee project leasing and tenant representation of these and additional leases. He started his career with Colonial Commercial Real Estate where he served as a top producer before eventually earning the title of Vice President and Marketing Leader with Vision Commercial, where he was an integral part in helping lead their expansion throughout DFW.

Prior, Gray spent over a decade in the hospitality industry culminating with Le Cep restaurant, a Top 100 ranked restaurant in the U.S.

Gray is a Texas Real Estate Commission License Holder and active member of NTCAR and ICSC. He is also a candidate for the CCIM designation. He was also awarded Top Commercial Sales Agents by Fort Worth Inc, Who’s Who of America by Marquis, and D CEO Power Broker.
