JLL announced today its appointment as the exclusive leasing agent for HIVE (Healthy, Innovative, Vibrant Ecosystem), a visionary 528-acre agricultural innovation and R&D hub by Berg Holdings at 3900 Hwy 37, Petaluma, CA. Representing the largest flat farmland parcel available in the Bay Area of Northern California, HIVE offers a platform for the development of advanced farming techniques including agricultural research and sustainable farming.
Just off the Petaluma River at the southern end of the verdant Marin/Sonoma region, HIVE is already home to pioneering tenants such as Takachar which is advancing biomass waste conversion, and Fyto, an innovator in scalable, sustainable crop production.
HIVE aims to attract more entrepreneurial companies such as:
