JLL names lead for its new mixed-use property management team

CHICAGO, Apr. 01, 2025 – JLL Property Management announced today that Sean McNamara will lead its new mixed-use property management team, The Mixx, as Managing Director. In this role, he will lead the strategic direction of the new team, focusing on maximizing the value and potential of mixed-use developments. The Mixx acts as a unifying force within JLL, coalescing various specialized departments, such as Property Management, Marketing, Placemaking Strategy, and Leasing Advisory, to form a seamless, integrated service model with a single, cohesive approach. This innovative structure aligns JLL’s diverse capabilities and resources to deliver exceptional value in the flourishing mixed-use real estate, which is reshaping urban and suburban environments and investment strategies within CRE.

McNamara recently served as Client Relationship Manager for the property management team. Prior to that, he held positions of Florida Regional Manager and Senior General Manager for repositioning and sale of The Transamerica Pyramid Center at JLL. He brings over 30 years of property management and real estate experience.
