Leading independent insurance brokerage moves Class A 2625 office building toward fully occupied
The Phoenix office of JLL today announced it has completed a lease with The Mahoney Group to relocate and expand its corporate headquarters into 35,198 square feet at Chandler Freeway Crossing, a 40-acre Class A office park by Mark IV Capital at the intersection of the Loop 101 and Loop 202 freeways in Chandler, Arizona.
One of the nation’s oldest and largest independent insurance brokers, The Mahoney Group will locate into the 156,823-square-foot, Class A 2625 building, situated at 2625 W. Geronimo Place, at the southwest corner of Geronimo Place and Ellis Road. It is slated to occupy its new headquarters space in the first quarter of 2025.

In addition to immediate access to the Loop 101 and 202 freeways, the 2625 building offers on-site garage parking, a modern ground-floor common area and a highly amenitized rooftop deck featuring two covered patios, fire pits, barbeque areas and multi-purpose grass areas with unobstructed 360-degree views.
JLL is fielding robust leasing interest for the remaining available space at the 2625 building, with expectations of having its last two spec suites leased in Q1 2025.
Additional buildings at Chandler Freeway Crossing include 2600 W. Geronimo Place, a 55,133-square-foot Class A building with 20,228 square feet available for lease, and 2900 W. Geronimo Place, where JLL is marketing the entire 170,000-square-foot, three story building for lease. The 2900 building is fully furnished with 1,000 workstations. It also has a rooftop deck amenity area and first-floor amenities under development and expected to deliver in 2025.
With one-half mile of freeway frontage, tenants at Chandler Freeway Crossing benefit from freeway monument and building signage. The project is surrounded by more than five million square feet of retail and restaurant space, and is home to other tenants including Bashas, Cirrus Logic, Verizon and ASML.
