SAN FRANCISCO, Jun. 5, 2024 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it assisted with the sale of 1 & 3 Wayne Court, which includes two industrial warehouse buildings totalling 52,800 square feet in Sacramento, California.
JLL worked on behalf of the seller. The buyer was Madera Finra Properties LLC.
The property is less than two miles from CA-16 and less than five miles from CA-50 and CA-99, allowing convenient connectivity to other cities in Northern California. The property is currently 45.5% leased.
