DALLAS, March 24, 2023 – Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (Catalyst), a full-service healthcare real estate investment firm, has announced that JLL will serve as the leasing agent for their Greenville Medical Tower. The multi-tenant medical office building located at 7150 Greenville Avenue offers 79,310 square feet of space and is conveniently situated near North Central Expressway as well as the Lake Highlands, and Preston Hollow communities.
JLL’s Austin Barrett and Reese Bowles are representing the landlord, Catalyst.

Located directly across from the Texas Health Dallas Campus, the Greenville Medical Tower is a glass and granite building that offers premier medical services to the public. The multi-tenant building contains a mix of clinical and specialty space, with existing tenancy including Pediatric Ophthalmology, Optometry, General ASC & National Spine & Pain Management. The building uses an underground structure for parking, and tenants and visitors will have access to a structured parking garage with a generous and above-market parking ratio of 6.0 per 1,000 rentable square feet.
In addition to its great location and ample parking, the Greenville Medical Tower offers a host of features, including upgraded interior/exterior LED lighting, enhanced monument signage, a modernized interior tenant break lounge, exterior landscaping, on-site property management, and an on-site security guard.
