JLL Capital Markets completes sale and financing of Cottages at Leon Creek in San Antonio, Texas

SAN ANTONIO, July 23, 2024 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has completed the sale and financing of Cottages at Leon Creek, a 284-unit, build-to-rent (BTR) multi-housing asset located in San Antonio, Texas.

JLL represented the seller and procured financing for the buyer of Cottages at Leon Creek.

Located at 12839 Berthoud Ln. in an infill suburban neighborhood of northwest San Antonio, Cottages at Leon Creek benefits from excellent schools and a proximity to high-paying employers. With easy connectivity to major transportation arteries like Interstate 10 and Loop 1604, residents can enjoy quick commutes to prominent businesses and entertainment destinations. The asset is situated only minutes away from the University of Texas at San Antonio, La Cantera and The RIM.
