ORLANDO, June 22, 2023 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it arranged the sale of Perimeter Park West, a newly constructed, three-building industrial park totaling 171,765 square feet in Clermont, Florida.
JLL represented the seller, High Street Logistics Properties.
Perimeter Park West was built in 2022 and is currently 100% occupied. Key features of the buildings include rear-loading capabilities, 30-32-foot clear heights, 63 dock-high doors, six drive-in doors and 231 parking spaces.
The industrial park sits on a 12.08-acre parcel located at 2162, 2170 and 2250 Ray Goodgame Pkwy and features 1,900 feet of frontage along the Parkway, which connects directly to U.S. Route 50 and Florida’s Turnpike. Perimeter Park West is located in Clermont, Florida, within the Lake County submarket, approximately 22 minutes from Orlando’s central business district. The site’s proximity to multiple major highway systems allows users to reach over 3.5 million people within a 60-minute drive.
The JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team was led by Director Cody Brais, Managing Director Luis Castillo, Senior Managing Director Dennis Mitchell and Analyst Taylor Osborne.
