BOSTON, Dec. 5, 2022 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has closed the sale of the Dan’l Webster Inn, a 48-key historic inn within the Cape Cod community of Sandwich, Massachusetts.
JLL represented the seller, Catania Hospitality Group.
Positioned in the oldest town on Cape Cod, the 300-year-old inn features an outdoor pool and gardens, gift shop, Beach Plum Spa and on-site dining in four distinct dining rooms as well as a tavern. The Dan’l Webster Inn has won the DiRONA Award, placing it in the top 1% of restaurants in the country. In addition, the inn offers several meeting and event spaces.
The JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales Advisory team representing the seller was led by Managing Director Alan Suzuki and Senior Director Matthew Enright.
