MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 20, 2022 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has welcomed Senior Director Bill Krebsbach to its retail investment sales advisory team. Krebsbach is based in the Minneapolis office and directly reports to Senior Managing Directors Colin Ryan and Dave Berglund, co-heads of the Minneapolis office.
Krebsbach will focus on single-tenant, net-leased investment sales, as well as growing relationships with development partners.
“We are very excited for Bill to join our existing Retail Investment Sales and Advisory team,” said Ryan. “We pride ourselves on recruiting the best in the business. Not only does Bill have an impressive track record, but he is also a great cultural fit for the JLL Capital Markets team.”
Prior to joining JLL, Krebsbach spent four years as an investment sales broker with Mid-America Real Estate Group, where he advised clients in both acquisitions and dispositions of their real estate assets. He completed over $300 million in transactions in this role. Krebsbach earned his bachelor’s degree in finance/marketing from Colorado State University.
