The Malin chooses 1515 as first Texas location

AUSTIN, Nov. 29, 2023 – The Malin, a members-only coworking club will occupy 12,123 square feet at 1515 Cesar Chavez, the Class A boutique office building in East Austin. Scheduled for a grand opening in summer 2024, this new office space marks The Malin’s much-anticipated debut in the Texas market, offering an innovative workspace designed to accommodate 28 dedicated desks, 10 private offices and four meeting rooms.
